Leah has been involved in industrial safety since 1988, achieving both her Manufacturer Safety Officer and National Construction Safety Officer certificates in 2002. She joined the Almac team in 2010 and has developed a Quality Assurance Program to meet the CSA Standards A660 and A277. In 2022 she developed and implemented a Commercial Vehicle Safety Compliance program.
